Power walks with intense breathing.

This is definitely what I needed this week: some motivation and hyperactive exercises. I learned so much today, but I still have a long way to go cause I’m not in the place where I want to be yet.

Inhale, exhale.

I have 3 things to sacrifice to obtain my goals and I choose to let go my luxurious style at home.
